Vance says Harris will 'kill' American auto industry

JD Vance zeroed in on former President Donald Trump’s vision for the American auto industry at a Tuesday campaign stop in Saginaw Township, where he accused Vice President Kamala Harris of trying to “kill the American auto industry.” "They luckily haven’t finished the job,” Vance said from a stage in Center Courts recreation center. “But if they get another four years in the Oval Office, I really do believe that everything we’ve seen over the last four years it’s going to be accelerated and Michigan auto workers are going to pay the price.” (Katy Kildee, The Detroit News)

After she shared an Instagram story encouraging people to visit vote.gov, the General Services Administration reported to Reuters that the link received 405,999 visits from Swift’s Instagram account in 24 hours.
