What happened: Kaylin Gines had 31 kills, Sydney Zollman added 46 assists and the visiting Chargers (10-3, 9-1) defeated the Tigers (10-6, 7-4) in a District seven 1B first round playoff match on Thursday. Ember Berndt and Alison Koch-Booher both had three kills apiece for the Tigers. Springdale moves on to play Northport in the district semifinals.
