Spokane7 music writer Isamu Jordan spent an afternoon with the strange parade gathered at Big Easy for the Twiztid concert on St. Patrick's Day. "You can always tell when they're in town because there is a carnival of undead clowns surrounding Big Easy block," he wrote. Juggalo is a subcultural trend for fans of Insane Clown Posse and similar musical groups.
