Medical examiner ID’s man found in river in June

The Spokane County Medical Examiner identified the man who was found in the Spokane River on June 24.

Robert Dean, 61, was found in the University District near North Riverpoint Boulevard, according to the medical examiner.

His cause and manner of death are pending.
