A father and his young daughter who were reported missing on Friday have been found, Rathdrum Police said Sunday. 

Franky L. Cheyney, 28, and his 2-year-old daughter, Leigha Cheyney, were found safely, the department said in a press release. 

Cheyney pick up his daughter at about 3:30 p.m. on Friday in Rathdrum. He was scheduled to return to his home in Benewah County that same night. When the pair didn’t return, family reported them missing.
