GreenPal launches on-demand snow removal service in Spokane

Nashville-based GreenPal, which describes itself as “Uber for lawn care,” has launched an on-demand snow removal service in Spokane.

Homeowners needing snow removal can sign up through GreenPal’s website or app, enter their address, a desired service date and then receive quotes from local snow removal companies.

Snow removal companies submit bids to customers based on the property’s size, aerial images and Google Street View. Once work is completed, the snow removal company sends a time-stamped photo of the cleared area to customers.

GreenPal began serving Spokane late last year. It operates in 45 states and has more than 1 million subscribers, according to a news release.
