Turns out Zach Norvell Jr. isn’t the only former Gonzaga guard and Chicago native joining Golden State on a 10-day contract.

He’ll be joined by Jeremy Pargo, who is expected to sign a 10-day contract with the Warriors, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Pargo, 33, has been with Santa Cruz, the Warriors’ G League team. He averaged 17.2 points, 5.8 assists and 3.7 rebounds.

Pargo played in 83 games over two seasons from 2012-2013 with Memphis, Cleveland and Philadelphia. He started 16 games and averaged 4.7 points and 1.8 assists. He also has extensive experience playing professionally overseas.

Pargo and Norvell provide backcourt and wing depth for Golden State. The Warriors were active leading up to the NBA trade deadline and they have remained busy with several signings over the last two days.

Norvell on Thursday joined the Warriors on a 10-day contract after playing for South Bay, the Los Angeles Lakers’ G League team.
