The Posies, Coolio, Scott Stapp to headline Pig Out in the Park
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Pig Out in the Park has announced its biggest music lineup yet.
This year’s festival, Aug. 28 through Sept. 2 in Riverfront Park, will feature performances by Creed’s Scott Stapp (Aug. 29), rapper Coolio (Aug. 30), Southern rockers Black Oak Arkansas (Aug. 31) and the Posies (Sept. 1), who performed at the Bartlett in January.
Peter Rivera, Too Slim and the Taildraggers, Teresa James and the Rhythm Tramps, Super Sparkle, Sammy Eubanks and the Work’in Class and Kosta La Vista are also set to perform.
The rest of the entertainment lineup, 75 concerts on three stages, will be announced in the coming months.
The free food and musical festival features 50 food booths with 225 menu items plus three adult beverage gardens.
