Last time Indigo Girls were in Spokane, in 2016, Emily Saliers and Amy Ray were backed by the Spokane Symphony.

On June 18, the duo will command the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox stage themselves.

Songs like hit single “Closer to Fine,” “Virginia Woolf,” “Ghost,” “Compromise” and “Go,” gold- and platinum-certified albums, and multiple Grammy nominations plus a win for best contemporary folk recording have cemented the duo’s legacy in the folk-rock scene.

Saliers and Ray released its 14th studio album “One Lost Day” in 2015.

Tickets are $40-$85 and are on sale now through the Fox box office, 1001 W. Sprague Ave., by calling (509) 624-1200, online at ww.ticketswest.com and at all TicketsWest outlets.
