In response to Donald Trump’s comparing his wife, Melania, to Jackie Onassis, one only needs to paraphrase Lloyd Bentsen’s retort to Dan Quayle during the 1988 vice-presidential debate. “Melania, we knew Jackie Onassis, Jackie Onassis was a friend of ours. Melania, you are NO Jackie Onassis.”
