Wm. Winkler Co. to build new concrete manufacturing facility in Newman Lake

Wm. Winkler Co. is building a concrete manufacturing facility south of its main office in Newman Lake.

The 26,000-square-foot facility will be at 6204 N. Starr Road, according to building permits filed with Spokane County.

The project is valued at more than $2.2 million, according to permits.

Wm. Winkler Co. is a family-owned construction company founded in 1919 with more than 150 employees. The company performs pre-construction and engineering services, technical consulting, paving and construction of curbs and sidewalks.
