Learn to disagree, not hate

After reading Ms. Melodie Kaltenbaugh’s letter (“Brown at it again, June 6) that extensively berated Lisa Brown in a way that some might consider a hate letter, I wondered why. Ms. Brown has not been the subject of any recent news media attention. Maybe she kicked Ms. Kaltenbaugh’s cat.

After some investigating, I discovered Ms. Kaltenbaugh is a vice president of the Ponderosa Republican Women’s group. That gives some insight and explanation for her diatribe against Ms. Brown. May I suggest that Ms. Kaltenbaugh just respectfully disagree with Ms. Brown and keep her hate to herself.
