Alma, a large white-and-black female dog, was found and brought to Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service. Alma is “a great gal with lots of energy” and “likes to go for walks,” SCRAPS said in a news release. Alma will sit for treats, is friendly and strong, and will need obedience training, the release said.
