Improvements continue at Hillyard manufactured-home park

Easy Acres Village, a manufactured-home community in Hillyard, continues to see upgrades, as 16 double-wide home lots get foundational and electrical upgrades.

In November, the 8-acre mobile home park at 4911 N. Florida St. grew by 30 new double-wide homes.

Now, 16 lots are getting $80,000 in upgrades each, for a total of $1.28 million, according to permits issued by the city.

Kristina and Caleb Romack, of Port Orchard, Washington, purchased the park in August 2016 for $1.8 million.

The park is north of Esmerelda Golf Course and east of the future route of the North Spokane Corridor.

Romack Development is the project’s general contractor.
