No carpetbaggers here

I was born and raised in Spokane and it is interesting how the conservatives complain about Western Washington values and how they don’t want them in Eastern Washington, but when it comes to independent expenditures from Western Washington political action committees interfering in our local elections we hear nothing and the candidates they favor do not denounce their involvement. In the old days they would have been called carpetbaggers.

We have conservative politicians with extremist views who openly espouse the idea that we need to create a 51st state. Although these politicians won’t admit it publicly, they want to create it so outside Christian extremists and gun-toting militants can call it home. More carpetbaggers.

It is time to vote against those who would allow carpetbaggers and others from taking over our land, our lives and our freedom.
