Centennial Trail accidents

I have been on my bike on the Centennial Trail many times in the past four years between the Gonzaga campus and downtown and have never seen any security people. And with the Lime scooters since last year it is pretty much out of control.

I am a senior citizen and am constantly having to be on the alert for people who have no concern for safety. Tonight I was hit head-on by a young testosterone-fueled young man speeding around a blind corner. If there was some sort of a patrol on that busy part of the trail it would be a big help.
