U.S. 95 southbound lanes blocked for over an hour after 5-vehicle crash

Two people were taken to the hospital after a 5-car crash on U.S. Highway 95, near the intersection of Dalton Avenue in Coeur d’Alene.
At about 4:20 p.m., a man driving a 2005 Ford F150 truck hit four cars stopped at a red light, according to a news release from Idaho State Police.
All southbound lanes were blocked for more than an hour, according to the ISP.
Police did not issue any citations and are investigating the crash.
