Margie Gannon for 5A

In less than 60 days we will be voting for the three legislators that will represent us in Boise. Vote for Margie Gannon. She replaced Paulette Jordan last legislative session, when Paulette decided to run for governor, and demonstrated that she can fearlessly step into the state legislature and start legislating for what is important for Idaho.

Her experience is extensive, having worked 17 years with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. She was on the St. Maries School Board for 16 years and on the St. Maries City Council for two years and is on the St. Maries Ambulance Board. She has served as a mental health professional and is a volunteer at the St. Maries Public Library and the St. Maries Volunteer Clinic.

As a parent, grandparent and former foster parent, she knows the challenges of working families and the importance of good jobs, a good education and affordable basic health care. While in Boise, she will listen respectfully to others and will bring civility and “common sense” to the Idaho Legislature.

We will be well represented in our Legislative District 5A by Margie Gannon’s passion and energy to make lives better for all Idahoans.
