Benny the mixed large breed dog was surrendered by its owners to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service.

Benny has brown on his face and spots on his back. He is friendly with others dogs, SCRAPS says. He is active and is eager to play fetch with a tennis ball. He needs owners who could provide outlets for his energy, SCRAPS says.
