Chad White is hosting a series of intimate fall harvest dinners next week. There’s only room for 16 people each night.

His special multi-course meals take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, all starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $125 each, and that includes tax and gratuity.

White will be preparing most of the courses inside the same room guests will be dining in as well as mingling with dinner-goers and serving dinner himself.

Dinners are five courses and Mexican-inspired. Two cocktails are included. Additional adult beverages will be available for purchase at the Steel Barrel Taproom, located in the same building as White’s restaurant. Zona Blanca is at 154 S. Madison St. Both establishments are 21 and older.

A pineapple-habanero margarita will be paired with the first dish of halibut, lovage, red onion, carrot, habanero, cucumber and avocado.

It’s followed by seared tuna with tuna tartare, stuffed chile, pineapple puree and furikake dust. The third course is roasted pumpkin with sikil p’ak, pickled mushrooms and seed salt.

The fourth course, paired with a mezcal old-fashioned, is smoked turkey with mole amarillo. And, for dessert, there’s concha tres leches with vanilla crema, candied pecans and champurrado gelato.
