Around the Corner: Five Star Real Estate, MultiCare Inland Northwest’s Community Partnership
Five Star Real Estate Group opens in Spokane Valley office
Five Star Real Estate Group has opened in Spokane Valley at 12121 E. Broadway, Building 2, in the Broadway Center complex.
Five Star Real Estate is led by Cindy Carrigan and Doc Nicolson. The group is affiliated with Keller Williams.
Fourteen real estate agents and 11 sales and administrative staff will work in the 4,900-square-foot space. The firm relocated from Keller Williams’ headquarters at 799 S. Stevens St., where it was co-located.
The firm focuses on acreage properties, residential sales, duplexes and other multifamily properties. The space in the Broadway Complex was formerly a dental office. Jess Nicole Interiors did the design for the remodel.
Five Star Real Estate anticipates adding 20 to 30 additional agents next year and and expanding into the Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, Newport and Coeur d’Alene.
The office will have a grand opening 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 8 with Santa and a photo booth. Donations of high-protein foods, such as tuna and peanut butter, will be accepted and taken to HRC Ministries.
