Prep girls soccer: St. George’s beats Liberty Bell, advances to State 2B/1B championship

St. George’s (13-6-1) defeated the Liberty Bell (16-1-0) 4-1 in a State 2B/1B semifinals game at Sunset Stadium, Sumner.

The Dragons advancese to play Kalama in the championship on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Camas 2, Central Valley 1: Kailyn LaBrosse struck first in the 15th minute, but the Bears (17-2-1) fell to the Papermakers (19-2) in a State 4A semifinal game at Sparks Stadium, Puyallup.

Central Valley plays Issaquah on Saturday at noon for third place.

La Salle 2, Deer Park 1 (OT): The Stags (16-3-1) lost to the Lightning (19-3-0) in the semifinals of the 1A State Tournament at Shoreline Stadium.

Deer Park plays Klahowya on Saturday at 10 a.m. in a third place game.
