Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Chocolates and Ice Cream will open a store in Spokane on Nov. 30.

The Utah-based company was started by Marie Cavanaugh more than 50 years ago and remains family owned.

The Spokane retail store is at 513 E. Hastings Road. Hours will be 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.

The 1,300-square-foot store will sell candies and ice cream made at Mrs. Cavanaugh’s North Salt Lake, Utah, factory. The company’s five other retail stores are in the greater Salt Lake City area.
