Two weeks after announcing “Napoleon Dynamite” actor Jon Heder as the first headliner of the 2019 Lilac City Comicon, the schedule has grown even bigger with the addition of actor/comedian Chris Kattan.

Kattan is scheduled to appear both days of the convention, June 1-2 at the Spokane Convention Center.

Kattan is best known for his work on “Saturday Night Live,” where from 1996 to 2003 he played such characters as Mango, Kyle DeMarco of the DeMarco Brothers (alongside Chris Parnell’s Sean) and one half of the head-bobbing Butabi Brothers, alongside Will Ferrell.

The Butabi Brothers made their way onto the big screen in 1998’s “A Night at the Roxbury.”

Since leaving “SNL,” Kattan regularly appeared on “The Middle” and guested on two episodes of “How I Met Your Mother.” He has also voiced characters in “Foodfight!” and “Hotel Transylvania 2.”
