Spokane restaurants raise funds for ProStart students
The Spokane Chapter of the Washington Hospitality Association is organizing Night in the Spotlight to raise funds for ProStart, a high-school program that teaches students culinary and restaurant management skills.
The event is at Northern Quest Resort and Casino, 100 N. Hayford Road from 6 to 9 Nov. 14.
Action stations and samples will be available from Riverbank Taphouse, Masselow’s, Warrior Distillery and Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits. Food Services of America will make ice cream with liquid nitrogen.
Tickets are $50 for members of the Washington Hospitality Association and $65 for non-members. They’re available at www.spokanehospitality.org/meetings-events.
