Ulta Beauty to build store near Spokane Valley Mall

Illinois-based Ulta Beauty is building a 10,500-square-foot store near the Spokane Valley Mall.

Building permits were filed with the city of Spokane Valley this week by Spokane-based developer Hanson Industries Inc. to build the single-story store at 13808 E. Indiana Ave. in the Evergreen Crossing Shopping Center.

The shopping center is also home to retailers Hobby Lobby, Total Wine & More and Tuesday Morning.

Ulta Beauty has more than 1,100 locations in 48 states, with one store in Spokane.

The store will be designed by Mercier Architecture & Planning, of Spokane. The project’s general contractor is Yost Gallagher Construction LLC, of Spokane. The construction cost is $675,000.
