Gonzaga Prep junior-to-be guard Liam Lloyd is now a Division I recruit.

Lloyd, the son of longtime Gonzaga assistant coach Tommy Lloyd, announced on Twitter Thursday that his first scholarship offer is from Eastern Washington.

The 6-foot-4, 170-pound sharpshooter helped the Bullpups capture a 4A state championship in March, scoring 15 points in a 54-52 win over Federal Way in the title round.

Gonzaga Prep returns the core of its team in 2018, including Gonzaga commit Anton Watson, the Washington 4A Player of the Year.
