Fitzgerald best for county clerk

Tim Fitzgerald has been a superb clerk for Spokane County. He has substantially increased the effectiveness and efficiency of the second busiest office in county government. He was awarded “Clerk of the Year” by his fellow county clerks and the improved morale is abundantly clear when approaching the counter at Spokane County Courthouse. Not only has he extensively modernized and streamlined office business processes, he has worked extensively with all court stakeholders and community advocate groups to establish a fair and balanced legal financial obligation “LFO” program guided by the first-ever written LFO policy.

Tim’s coin payment policy became the standard for the state. He has aggressively worked on behalf of domestic violence and anti-harassment victims. He has had a successful term and can bring more improvements with his next. My vote is with Tim Fitzgerald!
