Simply censorship

This is in response to the article, “GU rejects request for Shapiro to speak,” (Nov. 30).

In the article the vice president of student development, Judith Biggs Garbuio goes on to state that Shapiro’s speeches often insight hate and extreme divisiveness. This is so typical of the left’s character assassination of conservatives. If you’re a Republican, you’re automatically labeled a racist, misogynist, xenophobic and out of step. Ben Shapiro is intelligent and a skilled debater. Gonzaga should welcome speakers with different viewpoints. This is censorship plain and simple.
