Police seek missing 14-year-old girl

Police are seeking a missing 14-year-old girl last seen in Spokane Valley at about noon Friday.

Charlyse Ward has “cognitive attributes which heighten the risk to her personal safety,” according to a news release from the Spokane Police Department. Ward is about 5 foot five inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt and black leggings when she was last seen near of 6900 E. 4th Ave.

Police are asking anyone who sees Ward to call (509) 456-2233 and use reference case No. 2018-20250705.
