Boys basketball: Jobie Gelder scores 28 points, and undefeated Deer Park tops Reardan

Jobie Gelder scored 28 points and visiting Deer Park (9-0) topped Reardan (3-3) 71-47 on Thursday in a nonleague game.

Isaac Berglund added 23 points for Deer Park. Andrew Alsept led Reardon with 20 points.

West Valley 86, Freeman 68: Nick Drynan scored 28 points and the visiting Eagles (6-2) beat the Scotties (6-3). Gabe Tippett led Freeman with 26 points.

Moscow 40, Clarkston 31: Gabe Quinnett scored 21 points and the visiting Bears (4-0) beat the Bantams (2-5). Tru Allen led Clarkston with 17 points.

Riverside 84, Priest River 63: Jordan Nortz scored 32 points and the Rams (3-6) beat the visiting Spartans (0-7). Caden Brennan led Priest River with 21 points.

Colfax 64, Wahkiakum 54: Carson Cloaninger scored 26 points and the Bulldogs (6-1) beat the visiting Mules (2-7). Quenton Nelson led Wahkiakum with 18 points.

Kettle Falls 75, Springdale 54: Charlie Andrews scored 24 points, Matt Thompson added 17 and the visiting Bulldogs (6-3, 3-0) topped the Chargers (0-1, 3-5). Dustin Cates led Springdale with 19 points.

Wilbur-Creston 64, Columbia 23: Braden Seylor had a triple double with 18 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists and the Wildcats (4-4) beat the visiting Lions (1-6). Corbin Nelson led Columbia with 16 points.

Tekoa-Rosalia 75, Valley Christian 33: Garrett Naught scored 28 points and the Timberwolves (7-2) beat the visiting Panthers (3-5). Adam Bruno led Valley Christian with 12 points.

Omak 58, Almira/Coulee-Hartline 42: Trey Marchand scored 16 points and the visiting Pioneers (9-2) beat the Warriors (3-2). Antonio Rivera added 15 points for Omak and Reece Isaak led Almira/Coulee-Hartline with 16 points.

Idaho

Coeur d’Alene 81, Big Sky (Montana) 61: Mayson Whittaker led a balanced attack with 17 points and the visiting Vikings (3-2) defeated the Eagles (1-6). Six players scored in double figures for Coeur d’Alene. Camdyn Larance led Big Sky with 20 points.

King’s 39, Post Falls 35: Nate Kleppe had 12 points and the Knights (3-3) defeated the Trojans (2-4). Colby Gennett led Post Falls with 18 points.
