Pedestrian injured when struck by car in northwest Spokane
A pedestrian was seriously injured Wednesday morning when struck by a car on Ash Street near Montgomery Avenue.
Emergency crews were called to the area about 6 a.m., said Officer John O’Brien, Spokane police spokesman. The victim was taken to a local hospital.
The driver was cooperating with police and impairment is not suspected, O’Brien said. The collision is under investigation by detectives.
