Fagan and the dogs

Mike Fagan’s solution to service animals and his logic are mind-boggling (“Using a fake service animal could cost you $500,” Nov. 23).

I could feel really sorry for Spokane with him on its City Council but for one major reason: You keep re-electing the ignorant, cold-hearted, right-wing reactionary. Pity!
