Seeking Spokane’s spookiest houses for online map

"You just wait until Halloween night," said Spokane resident Meagan Hoy as she talked about her Halloween decorations at her home at 3519 E. 20th Avenue on Monday, October 24, 2016. (Kathy Plonka / The Spokesman-Review)

Is there a spooky house on your street? Do ghosts, goblins and spiders stalk the neighborhood?

Are your neighbors the Clark Griwsold of Halloween? Do they put a ton of effort into decoarting for the holiday? Whether it’s creepy or it’s kooky, we want to hear about it.

Visit our Halloween haunts map at www.spokesman.com/maps/halloween-haunts-2017/ and enter the coordinates in our mapping program. If you have a specific address, great. If you only know cross streets, that’ll work, too.

We’ll publish a list of the homes in the paper on Oct. 28. And as you head out to tour the best spooky spots in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene and beyond, our online map will help you find your way.
