Second suspect in August 7-Eleven robbery arrested
Police have arrested the second suspect connected to the Aug. 29 robbery of a 7-Eleven in Millwood.
Norman Picard, 23, was charged with first-degree robbery Thursday for allegedly helping Daryl Chase knock a 7-Eleven clerk to the ground before Picard grabbed the cash register.
