Man robs Dollar Tree in Coeur d’Alene

Coeur d’Alene police are searching for the man who robbed a Dollar Tree Sunday evening.

The man approached two workers at the cash register at the Dollar Tree, 406 W. Neider Ave., about 8:55 p.m. and brandished a handgun, Coeur d’Alene police said in a news release. He fled the store with cash.

The robber is described as white and between 45 and 50 years old, with short white hair and a white mustache. He was about 5-feet-9, with a medium build. During the robbery he was wearing a tan and white plaid shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. Police ask that anyone with information on the robbery to call the Coeur d’Alene Police Department at (208) 769-2320.
