Bait and switch

Trump, while campaigning, said he was going to replace Obamacare with a health insurance plan for all. Now, before he is even president, the replacement is apparently going to be an “opportunity for access to health care.”

This is a monumental bait-and-switch that any huckster would envy. Rational persons will anticipate that the opportunity will leave millions without health care plans. Many others will end up with plans that leave them with huge co-pays or no insurance for many health problems.
