Second Bonner County Sheriff’s deputy shot near Blanchard, Idaho released from hospital

The second deputy shot last week in Blanchard, Idaho, was released Monday from the hospital.

Bonner County Sheriff Deputy Michael Gagnon was escorted home from Kootenai Health by several law enforcement and fire agencies, according to a news release.

The suspect, Adam Foster, is still in the hospital. His condition is listed at good.

The two deputies were shot trying to arrest Foster a week ago.
