Chance the Rapper, Twenty One Pilots join Frank Ocean on the Sasquatch bill
The Sasquatch Music Festival, which takes over the Gorge Amphitheatre every Memorial Day weekend, announced its 2017 lineup Monday morning. This year’s headliners include the electro-pop duo Twenty One Pilots, critically beloved R&B artist Frank Ocean and Chance the Rapper, whose most recent release was the Grammy-nominated 2016 mixtape “Coloring Book.”
The rest of the festival’s three-day lineup features a number of recognizable names: Seattle’s the Head and the Heart, the Shins, Phantogram, MGMT, Mac Miller, Charles Bradley and Car Seat Headrest. Comedians who are scheduled to appear include Fred Armisen of “Portlandia,” Sasheer Zamata of “Saturday Night Live” and Nate Bargatze, who performed at the Bartlett in June.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and full weekend passes start at $295. To purchase tickets and to see a full festival lineup, visit www.sasquatchfestival.com.
