Gonzaga will be without starting wing Corey Kispert for Friday’s showdown against Creighton at the McCarthey Athetic Center.

Kispert is sidelined with the sprained left ankle he suffered late in the first half of Wednesday’s 103-68 win over Incarnate Word.

Redshirt freshman Zach Norvell Jr. replaced Kispert in the starting lineup.

Kispert tweaked his right ankle in Friday’s double-overtime loss to Florida at the PK80 tournament in Portland.

Kispert, a 6-foot-6 freshman, is averaging 10.4 points.

The Zags could turn to 6-8 sophomore Rui Hachimura, who has led the team in scoring in the last two games, or 6-5 freshman Zach Norvell Jr. to replace Kispert in the starting lineup.
