Washington State reveals Crimson and Gray game rosters

PULLMAN – Washington State fans have spent all week declaring their allegiances to either the Crimson or Gray team in advance of the Cougars’ spring game on Saturday.

Now they finally know who they are rooting for.

WSU coach Mike Leach divvied up the rosters so that there would be a roughly equal number of starters on both sides. There was no draft or anything, they basically just went position-by-position assigning a starter to one team and his backup to the other.

The two teams will meet at 2 p.m. at Spokane’s Joe Albi Stadium on Saturday. The gates open at 11:30 a.m. so fans can take advantage of a plethora of games and activities, not to mention the beer garden.
