Overuse of SWAT

Concerning SWAT teams from the March 10 article, I think the frequent use of them is tragic. As the article pointed out, among other things, they are used too much over small amounts of drugs. Anyone notice our prisons are loaded with brown people?

Especially tragic is the case of Dean Bellamy. SWAT teams sent to his house three times? How about sending a mental health professional the first time.
