Bank of America on Spokane’s South Hill robbed

A man robbed the Bank of America branch at 29th Avenue and Southeast Boulevard just before 5 p.m. Thursday, escaping with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man gave a teller a note claiming he had a gun but no weapon was seen, according to a Spokane Police Department news release. He is described as a white male in his late 30s to early 40s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 200-220 pounds. He was wearing a dark gray long-sleeved shirt, camouflage shorts, black shoes and a black hat.
