Justice system weakened

Something is wrong in River City when almost daily we see the flags flying at half-mast. Usually it is not for something local, thank God.

But across our nation law enforcement officers, groups of friends, entertainment gatherings and individuals are being targeted because of their religious affiliation or, even worse, because of race.

I believe this has become almost a daily event because of the reluctance of the current justice system to vigorously enforce the existing laws, because of what they perceive as imbalance of the race of the perpetrators and they (the courts) want to be seen as being politically correct within this turmoil.
