Spokane Empire sign Andrew Jackson

The Spokane Empire signed linebacker Andrew Jackson for the 2017 season.

Jackson, a 6-foot-1, 245-pounder, played at Western Kentucky University and was drafted in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He played in 13 games for the Colts and tallied 10 tackles and one sack. This will be his first season in the Indoor Football League.

Jackson is the cousin of Empire defensive back Tyree Robinson.
