Caucuses not democratic

When reading the S-R articles and editorials about the Democrat Party caucuses in Washington state, I had to laugh to myself when the caucuses were referred to as a democratic process.

Now the primary results are in, and it verifies what I thought. Their caucus process is about as democratic as a hand vote during an East Coast union meeting. I mean, why else would you spend a lot of money on a caucus when the primary is free, comrade?
