College Basketball: Devonte’ Graham scored a career-high 27 points and did a tenacious job defending Buddy Hield to help No. 6 Kansas defeat No. 3 Oklahoma 76-72 on Saturday in Norman, Oklahoma.

Graham made 6 of 9 3-point attempts for the Jayhawks (21-4, 9-3 Big 12), who swept the regular-season series. Kansas won the first meeting 109-106 in triple overtime on Jan. 4.

Hield, who scored 46 points in the first meeting, scored 18 of his 24 points in the second half for Oklahoma. Isaiah Cousins added 21 points for the Sooners (20-4, 8-4), who fell out of a tie for the conference lead.

It was Kansas’ fifth straight win, and it snapped Oklahoma’s 19-game home winning streak. Kansas was coming off a win over No. 10 West Virginia on Tuesday.

Oklahoma matched a season-low by shooting 33.3 percent from the field. The Sooners, who entered the game leading the nation in 3-point percentage, made just 10 of 32 from beyond the arc.

Allen beats buzzer: Grayson Allen banked in a shot at the buzzer, and Duke beat No. 7 Virginia 63-62 in Durham, North Carolina.

Malcolm Brogdon’s reverse flip layup with 9.9 seconds left put Virginia up 62-61. Duke called a timeout with 6 seconds left and Allen inbounded the ball to Marshall Plumlee, who handed it back to the sophomore guard. Allen drove the left side of the lane before pulling up for a shot that kissed off the glass and went through at the buzzer.

Damion Lee, who led the Cardinals (19-6, 8-4) with 13 points, hit a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left to cut the lead to 69-66. But Lee missed another 3-point try with 5 seconds left and Auguste clinched the win with two free throws a second later.

Calipari ejected: Kentucky coach John Calipari was ejected and had to be held back by three players after he received two technical fouls less than 3 minutes into the 22nd-ranked Wildcats’ 89-62 victory over South Carolina at Columbia, South Carolina.

Official Doug Simons gave Calipari a technical at the 17:34 mark of the opening half. When Calipari advanced toward him shouting, Simons threw him out of the game. That’s when Calipari’s anger increased with three players stepping in front to hold him back. Calipari was eventually led off the court.

Ron Baker missed a potential tying 3 at the other end, but the ball bounced off a Northern Iowa player out of bounds. Given another chance, the Shockers got the ball to Connor Frankamp in front of his own bench, but his 3-pointer bounced off the rim as the buzzer sounded.
