Obituary: Mcgregor, Gloria J.
Passed on February 2nd 2016, born October 7th 1949 in Glendale Arizona.
The second oldest of five children, her fondest childhood memories were spending time at Uncle Billy’s ranch in Colorado.
When she made her way to the Pacific Northwest with her two daughters she fell in love with this area and its people.
The rich Native American culture helped influence her unique style of artwork.
She was a talented business entrepreneur who’s many skillful hobbies included sewing, drawing, beadwork, fur and leatherwork, and using her “two green thumbs” to bring many magical gardens to life.
An unforgettable personality with the gift of gab, she was often referred to as the “Rabbit Lady,” from the years she spent with her husband Bob on White Mountain in Curlew Washington where she ran Snake Oil Wells Rabbitry.
Mother and grandmother to more than just her own family, she would do or give anything she could for the ones she loved.
Survived by daughters Kris and Kimberlee; grandchildren Troy, Makayla, and Timothy; siblings John, Bonnie, Rob, and their families.
Family and Friends will be gathering for a “Remembrance on the Mountain.
