Rough landing for Zags in Nashville
Gonzaga’s charter flight encountered a storm while landing in blustery Nashville on Saturday night.
“It was, uh, dangerous, it was shaky and a lot of turbulence, a lot of lightning outside the plane,” said center Przemek Karnowski, noting he was sweating and holding onto his seat with both hands.
Coach Mark Few said the plane “got bounced around pretty good but I’m kind of used to it. The more odd thing was when we got in it was 60-something degrees and the next day it was 25.”
