Key matchups: Look for Gonzaga’s interior muscle to challenge Tennessee’s penetration

Tennessee’s challenge when facing Gonzaga in Nashville on Sunday will be dealing with 7-foot-1, 300-pound Przemek Karnowski and frontcourt mates Zach Collins, Johnathan Williams and Killian Tillie. The Vols’ heaviest player is 238-pound Admiral Schofield, a 6-4 forward. The tallest Vol is 6-10, 218-pound sophomore Kyle Alexander.

At the other end of the court, Gonzaga will try to contain 6-5 guard Robert Hubbs III, a five-start recruit who is making the most of his senior season. He’s averaging 16.5 points and making 55.6 percent of his shots. Hubbs isn’t a 3-point threat but he can operate in the mid-range and post up.
